The OPEN CLASS is designed for both new applicants and current notaries who want a refresher course.  This class fulfills the training requirement for all new notaries and certain renewing notaries. Currently commissioned notaries should bring their seal/stamp and journal to the class. 

The OPEN CLASS has been approved for 3.5 CLE credits for legal professionals by the State Bar of Montana.

There is no fee associated with this seminar, but class size is limited. 

·         Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. 

·         When the class is filled, a waiting list option will be available.  If you sign up on the waiting list, you will be notified automatically when a seat is opened.  Most cancellations happen the day or two before the event.

·         All attendees must register online but it is not necessary to print out a ticket.  A sign-in sheet will be provided at the class.

·         Refreshments will not be provided; you should plan on bringing something to drink and a snack.
